Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopprayandpaste@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will do our best to make it right by offering a replacement or store credit.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases or items that have been opened or used.
